We just received some awesome news. Last fall Spencer submitted a poem he wrote titled "Shadow" for publication to Highlights magazine. A letter came today to let us know it is going to be published in the September issue. WOW can you believe it. I am soooo!!! proud of my little poet. He has quite a talent for poems (this is not his only piece of work.) Spencer is such an amazing kid, I cannot help but brag about his accomplishment.

I've read that poem. It really is great! I'm glad the are publishing it for him. You'll have to buy a bunch of copies of that months publication!

Very cool. Aidan gets that magazine every month ( a present from grandma teena) we will watch for the next issue.
